National Pines Golf Club

This project reimagines a 9,000 sq ft clubhouse as a warm, modern gathering space shaped for year-round use. The building is organized across two levels, each designed for clarity of movement, comfort, and long-term durability. Timber structure, clean glazing lines, and balanced lighting create a calm interior atmosphere that stays connected to the landscape.

Upper Level – Event Space

The upper floor provides 4500 sq ft of flexible space for events and gatherings. It includes offices, a universal washroom, and an elevator for full accessibility. A full granite bar with draught service anchors the room. A stone gas fireplace runs from floor to ceiling, and a 120 inch projector drops from the ceiling when needed. The space is open, balanced, and built for daily use.

Main Level - Pro Shop + Amenities

The main level includes a 4500 sq ft pro shop, offices, and change rooms. Custom millwork defines the interior and keeps the layout clean and practical. A glass wine display adds a refined focal point. Movement between public and staff zones stays organized and intuitive.

Structure and Exterior Work

A timber frame in pine carries through both floors, giving the building warmth and scale. Exterior work included new siding, a full roof replacement, updated landscaping, and a complete irrigation system. The result is a building that feels fully connected to its site while standing up to heavy use.
